    You can see your data = copies of PCN/reminder letter, photos of your car and any subsequent UKCPM communications about you (but not copies of the later debt crawler or solicitor letters, as the PPC don't hold them).   

    You can also ask UKCPM for the PCN History.  That's their electronic record & case notes made.  Can be useful.

    The SAR and the response to the LoC are two different things. Send the SAR to the PPC but respond to the LoC to the solicitors with robust demand that their client provide all evidence to support  their claim, including any logs etc.
