I WON!!!!!!

I am overjoyed to announce I won. The judge threw out UKPC’s claim as ridiculous and actually said he has had enough of these ridiculous parking companies trying to extort money out of people. Also disallowed their supplementary bundle because it was only sent 5 days ago.

He said they were using ‘unreasonable conduct’ to try to get money’. They asked to appeal and he said ‘permission to appeal refused’. They then questioned the judge over that, which made matters even worse, with the judge saying ‘I am the judge and I have the right to refuse you’.

he also said the fact that I offers mediation to talk about this and show my case to them rather than wasting the courts time, was to my benefit and they should have done the same, as they have wasted all our time, including the courts.

I was so nervous, but I did it!!! So happy.

Another UKPC case thrown out.

    Well done!

    Which court?

Can you update your thread with the details:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Amazing result! A wise Judge, aware that these private parking companies are seemingly out of control, with motorists having to face both over-zealous enforcement and threatening debt recovery letters, before being forced to defend their case in Court.

He said they were using ‘unreasonable conduct’ to try to get money’This was an invitation...

Did the o/p then ask for their costs on the basis of unreasonable conduct?

    Well Done .. Well done

I assume the legal was DCBL

A judge has voiced what we say
    * Ridiculous UKPC claims
    * Wasting time of the courts

We also said that these stupid UKPC claims will result in a court spanking for the legal.  They did not listen and now YOU have spanked them

    And the Judge said ...
"he has had enough of these ridiculous parking companies trying to extort money out of people"

This is surely abuse of the court system and as I have said in the DCBL DISCONTINUATION thread, pass this information to the MoJ

Alex Chalk KC MP Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice

You can either contact him at Westminister or via your own MP asking for a full investigation into DCBL

It is clear that DCBL issue these claims to scare the public and vunerable people to extort money and that is a scam

Plus the SRA should investigate as to why they are treating the courts in contempt and operating a Wild West show

Who was the Judge and the court
