Sanity check - Buying a 1 bed new build with estate charges

Yeah, the EPC is poor and the description would surely mention if they had something decent like a heat pump. That's going to be an expensive place to heat, and it looks like airflow is poor too so it will get too hot in the winter. Insulation is likely to be mediocre.snowqueen555 said:
I've just seen this one too. All the places in At Anne's are electric. There's nothing eco about it on the pocket. I'm not sure I could buy a place with electric heating, though the no service charge is a big bonus, I assume it is a share of the freehold or similar.MFWannabe said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/130885508#/?channel=RES_BUYProperties like this one that have had new eco electric heating fitted
I'm absolutely fed up of the market, I think I need a break, but will be looking everyday because that's how I am.1 -

Unless it's a heat pump air to air or air to wet system then there is generally no such thing (maybe the latest generation NSH's with a very low regional overnight rate?1
