I don't support JIL's POV on the subject matter
But I do support their right to vent on this forum.
If you are fed up with any "whinging" then best avoid the thread and move on, it's not compulsory to read or post.

The poster has continued to argue as there are other posters that are also arguing.
If someone is set in their way, there comes a point when you know that nothing will change their opinion.
With that knowledge continuing arguing becomes totally fruitless.
So you either carry on with that fruitless task, walk away or hope the mods lock the thread.

I will post you a link to the full accounts.

I really dont get why I offend you so much? Your last post goes into detail about your cat, not sure how that's relevant, but it causes no issues with me.
I disagree about "having a leg to stand on" You make it sound like I'm not allowed to have an opinion, unless it's the same as yours, it isnt, it wont be. If someone doesn't vote the same as me, or has a different opinion on covid vaccines or Brexit. I dont tell them they are wrong, I certainly wouldn't be using terminology about banging my head against a brick wall. Or being in the wrong. I either would not reply, move on or just accept we are all different.

I don't believe I have made any personal comments.
Thank you for posting a link to the full accounts. That is important because you cannot give a balanced picture if you post only an extract without any context.
You don't offend me at all. I just disagree with you. Those are very different things.
Perhaps we can all move on now.
Edit to add: I don't see that we will agree, JIL, so my last comment would be to simply ask you to bear in mind those of us who spend much more than £6 on our pets, to those of us who have gone into debt above and beyond our insurance to keep our pets alive, and to bear in mind the possibility that a £6 change of address fee is not, perhaps, the problem that keeps pet owners awake at night.1 -

I have also done some volunteering work at the local animal shelter and it breaks my heart to see animals given up because of a change in circumstances that means owners can no longer afford to keep them. It was pet owners like these that that I was referring to.
Happy to draw a line under the thread.
Let's hope it now gets locked.0
