overcharged by The Bike Club??

I have been with bike club for several yrs and they have been taking the money for bikes i sent back for nearly 3 years!!!!
i keep contacting them and no one will respond to me. i do not know what to do to get my money back.

has anyone else experienced this? If so how did you get your money back?

skint mum here who really needs to get the money quickly

    Have you contacted them on webchat or telephone or messaging them on facebook?


  • I have tried everything, tried many times and they just keep saying someone will contact you within 5 days. I first contacted in April and i have had zero response  :(

    There do seem to be a lot of contact options offered on their website, but if they've continued to take invalid direct debit payments then you may be able to address this via your bank, under the Direct Debit Guarantee - have they issued you with notifications, statements, etc, that advise how much they'll collect and how to dispute this?  If you have reached the end of the line with them, you could always terminate the contract and cancel the direct debit if you don't owe them anything?
