Moving home BT want to send another Smart Hub 2

I'm starting the process of moving our phone/internet service to our new address. I understand that they want us to now use the Digital Voice socket at the back of our Smart Hub 2 to connect our phone instead of going into the phone socket adapter but while sorting out my order online they want to charge me £9.99 to send me a Smart Hub 2 when I already have a Smart Hub 2 and it has the necessary green socket on the back. I don't want to be charged for something I don't need but can't see to find a way to avoid it. Anyone else had the same issue when moving home?
