Lyca mobile contract change/ payment increase

I started a 1p / month contract with Lyca at the end of April '23. First 2 payments for April and May went through correctly at 1p / month. Had a text a few days ago informing me that my monthly fee was now 49p / month. Had numerous frustrating phone calls with Lyca with no result/ explanation to why they had broken original contract price etc.

Wondering if anyone else has had similiar experience?

Meant to say original contract was for 6 months.

It appears to be confusion on lyca's part as they have offered the same package at two different introductory rates. The message is being sent out in error to both sets of customers.
