Picture auto-rotation question (Samsung phone)

I have a Samsung Galaxy A14. When I take a picture in landscape orientation, I can turn the phone on its side and see the picture almost full screen in landscape. When I shoot a video in landscape and view it in "gallery" with the phone held in portrait orientation, the video is shown full screen but "on its side" as it were i.e. 90 degrees out. If I then turn the phone on its side, the video changes to portrait!
How can I get it so I can shoot a video in landscape, open it in gallery, turn the phone on its side and view the video correctly?
