Has anyone else has difficulties returning a dress to this website? It is dreadful quality and the site have offered numerous options e.g. sell on the dress, get it altered to fit but will not give a full refund. I cannot believe they are allowed to trade as their reviews are dreadful. Please help, my daughter has paid £92 & they are refusing to refund. Thank you

Never heard of them but looks pretty obviously a Chinese website from the wording on their website. The time for reading reviews is before parting with your money.There aren’t any UK consumer rights you can enforce if they’re Chinese.3

As @born_again says they're sort of Chinese. Hong Kong was leased to Britain for 100 years so in many ways it is as much British as Chinese.
Stacees website says their Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Hong Kong consumer law, as you might expect, is very similar indeed to UK consumer law.
The Sale of Goods Ordinance is very similar to our Consumer Rights Act and the Small Claims Tribunal is just like our small claims court.
The main difference unfortunately is that Hong Kong is 6,000 miles away.
