Virgin Broadband & tv question

I have a Virgin Broadband package - M250 + Mix Tv + talk weekends phone. The price has been increased by approx. 50%. When watching iPlayer etc. I use a Humax youview box not the old Tivo box that was supplied by Virgin. So my question is, if I ask Virgin to remove Mix Tv from my packsge will I still be able to use my Humax box. I'm assuming I will as the cable for the Humax is ethernet which is different to the cable for the Tivo box. Thanks
