    1,000 Posts Second Anniversary Name Dropper
    I'll give it a go on the stuff that I'd otherwise send to the charity shop - nothing to lose on that stuff I guess. That's a bit annoying if using RM is awkward as I'd rather just go to the Post Office than having to find my way to a drop off for Evri or Yodel or whoever as they're in the next town over.

    I'll give it a go on the stuff that I'd otherwise send to the charity shop - nothing to lose on that stuff I guess.     You can use RM and you get a set amount which I think is £3.59 and covers RM48 but you get neither the postage money or the item money until at least 48 hours after buyer confirms all is well . With RM you can send a message to Vinted once you see the item has arrived and ask them to send the confirmation to buyer with the 48 hour warning.

    Sounds like a system that's got some potential for abuse though - what if the receiver doesn't confirm receipt?

    As long as you have proof of delivery you can contact Vinted and ask them to mark it as received and then start the 48 clock for buyer to confirm they are happy. All the other options for postage are done automatically.
