Following on from your comment @Castle they did indeed request my details on 2 separate occasions, got the SAR through over the weekend. After filing a defence how long do you usually have to wait for the next stage of proceedings out of curiosity? Assuming it will be post defence due date to allow for the full time to elapse.0

Two months till DQ.
The Template Defence 12 steps set out what to ignore & what to do.And we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation this Summer?
Anticipated July/August.
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.
Please come back here when it opens.

Slightly concerned now as to what to do.
I am currently on hold to the CCBC (nearly an hour now)
I have today received a letter claiming I have not sent my DQ off however I have an email receipt from them from when I sent it in September. (with Gladstone's CC'd in who also replied to say they had received the email) Also the letter received today is dated the 9th November and states I have 7 days to reply, obviously 7 days has long passed
Has anyone experienced this before as it seems as though the CCBC have 1 person operating the phones for the whole centre and I'm unable to sit on hold all afternoon.
Unsure of any other methods to check the status of the case, the moneyclaim website seems to be down as well today.
could they have closed the case from this?

Good evening, today I have finally received my court date for the 8th April at Nuneaton Crown court. I am aware I have to send my WS off before 28 days pre trial date and I'm assuming I send them off to the CCBC email as previous as the letter contains no other emails only a physical address and phone number of the court. I plan to finish my WS over the next few days as I had part drafted one alongside my defence. I'll revisit the examples you have on the main thread as I think I need a good refresh on all the jargon0

I think you mean Nuneaton County Court, not Crown Court.ForeverEvan said:Good evening, today I have finally received my court date for the 8th April at Nuneaton Crown court. You are definitely wrong to assume that you should send that stuff to the CCBC.
The CCBC became totally disinterested in this case the moment they transferred it to Nuneaton.
As you have a phone number for Nuneaton County Court, why not ring them and ask for a suitable email address?
Remember to send a copy of your Witness Statement together with your evidence to the Claimant.1 -
Nothing goes to the CCBC admin centre. That was just an early gateway at the start.

Yes I do mean county court, thank you for the correction KeithP, seems I can send my WS and evidence pack direct to the courts email system and they retrieve it from there. I have received there pack already but have been slumped up in bed for the last 5 days with flu so haven't got round to preparing my stuff yet, just been reading through the examples in the main thread this morning and I have no grounds to use the Chen case as my argument is solely around lack of clear signage and the extra money piled on every notice. I did however notice on their documents they have reworded their request for the extra money on top and are now saying they agree its an added cost but they allow for the judges discretion on whether this can be awarded or not upto the maximum they request.0

So I have drafted a quick WS this morning My Draft WS.docx I have included what I feel is relevant as a witness statement given everything else included in the defence wasn't relevant to my case. I do feel as though my wording/legal stand point in reference to me not seeing the signage is a little weak and I have briefly looked for case law relating to this in other posts. Also am I contesting anything from their witness statement seems as I have received it first? or am I under the premise I haven't seen it yet as I haven't referenced anything from their WS.
