If you need a little more detail It was November last year, was just conscious about revealing exact dates that's all
Why?  Exact dates are precisely what drives liability (or not) under PoFA.

There are no men in black suits!
In that case then 01/11/22 and 02/11/22 were the 2 different days
  • Just wanted to double check before I forwarded my defence to the court, Do you recommend keeping the entirety of the template defence after my bit? I have read through the whole thing and all of it seems relevant to my case apart from the part of lack of standing but I assume that's another part for the claimant to answer to.

And what were the respective Dates of Issue shown on the two Notices to Keeper (NtK) you received following the parking events?

Leave it ALL in.  Puts them to prove it all.

    DVLA SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTS

You should email the DVLA and ask which organisations (when and for what reason) accessed the registered keeper's data from them between a range of dates which includes the date(s) of the parking incident(s). You need to provide the registered keeper's full name and address, the address on the V5C logbook and the Vehicle Registration Mark of the vehicle involved in the parking incident.

    SubjectAccess.Requests@dvla.gov.uk

This service is free of charge.

Even though you email your request, the DVLA will respond via Royal Mail.
