There’s a brush you can get from b and q etc that will deal with that. Wire brush one side and flip over for a scraper.0

How about a pressure washer, then sweep sand into the cracks afterwards? The wire brush mentioned above is probably safer but might take longer.

But be aware that whichever method you use, new weeds will pop up in a few weeks.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.4 -

Not buying into it..

Thanks everyone.Weed control fabric was laid when redoing the driveway two years back, At that time i was very happy that weeds will not grow
@DRP Please can you suggest which weeding brush you are referring too?
@Postik Do we need to have any special tools for and any specific requirements for for pressure washing and then re-sanding?@Ectophile Is there a permanent solution , Just like spraying some weed killer and moss/mold killer? I know thatAlso please can any one suggest me whats meant by RE SEALING the block paver drive way? Thanks in advance.0 -
Weed control fabric only stops growth from underneath - it doesn't stop weeds from germinating in the sand/dirt between the blocks.
We have two of the wire brushes, and give the drive a good clean every couple of years - he starts one end, I start at t'other and we meet in the middle for a well earned beer!
We then re-sand with Wicks' driveway sand with weed inhibitor, and keep on top of any odd weeds with normal weedkiller.
Also use 'Wet and Forget', which keeps the blocks clean and also seems to suppress moss.3 -

I think I'd use one of these, Weed Scraper, and then a sweeping brush
I'd avoid pressure washing, it's likely to remove alot of the fine jointing sand and result in either more movement of the bricks or more weeds growing in the gaps0 -
We’ve used this type of brush in our previous home. If you have a large drive/patio you might need more than one ‘head’ as they wear out. And it’s quite hard work.Once done, we used Weedol Pathclear occasionally to keep them under control & clean the patio1
