All of this is explained already in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread.
Personally I would never try IAS. Life's too short for that farce. Let a court expose the scam. Much more fun and consumer-supporting.
IAS appeal rejected but knew it prob would be. Trust pilot reviews mostly negative speaks volumes. Wrote to PCM CEO myself. If court action occurs so be it. We had genuine mitigating circumstance. These companies are blood suckers .Great! Come back when a LBC arrives, if your MP fails to make the "bloodsuckers" cancel the charge.

I hope your local MP will manage to get something from these cowboys, considering your mitigating circumstances and the fact you have proof. However I have doubts, as this very PPC is known to respect no one, not even the MPs. He might receive a dismissal letter with an indication to follow up IPC (which will provide another bounce, of course). If that will be the case, I suggest you ask him to proceed with it, even to just waste the time of the pretty dodgy characters who run these companies. Due to Government's published intention to end unfair practices by PPCs, we can expect support on a case-by-case basis from MPs.
The landowner/managing agent has been of some help?

Managing agent is PCM. They insistent we pay up. They using same excuse as IAS. Basically they grasping at the most flimsy excuse saying we should have telephoned. As stated in both appeals only thing on our mind at that time was calling RAC.

What Parking Control Management UK Ltd said to your MP? This PPC is known to normally dismiss even inquiries from MPs, not answering the questions and eluding any topic not convenient for them. Did he/she get a rejection letter with an indication to follow up with IPC? If this is the case, I suggest you ask your MP to proceed with it, even to just waste the time of these characters. The MP might be lucky to receive a bounce letter full of the usual nonsense directly from the address of notorious Will Hurley. We should involve MPs the most we can, considering the Government's intention to end unfair practices by PPCs.Deleted_User said:Vincenzo1971.

There are only two subjects that might be potentially reasonable with this issue, one is Manningham retail park Bradford management and the other would be the Court Judge. Did you contact in writing Manningham retail park Bradford complaining robustly about PCM UK Ltd and their predatory practices?1 -
The Managing Agent is certainly NOT a parking firm! Impossible. We do not mean PCM.You were advised to complain to the Managing Agent.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Here's a newspaper report about a motorist using the same retail park who suffered the same starter motor issue and also called the RAC...

What a coincidence eh?
The big difference between that incident and yours @KJR63, is that that person is going to pay PCM what they are asking...
Thanks to @daveyjp for posting that link on the
Parking stories in the News/media thread.1
