Virgin billing copper to fiber

Anyone having issues with Virgin billing in the last couple of months?
My Contract package doesn't finish till Nov 2023 but they amended my May bill from £55 to £70 plus added an extra £8.50 for moving from copper to fiber landline.
They agreed to refund the £8 50 has they could not explain why it went on in first place but no one telling me after numerous complaint emails why it jumped to £70 and now they telling me my contract £59 even though I have sent them an email with my existing contract which clearly states £55 till Nov 2023

Your lucky they billed me £15 to change from copper to fibre - getting refund next bill - and they had no idea why it was applied.
