Hi, when Air (later Zybre) went pop and withdrew from City Fibre BB I transitioned to Octaplus which I am very happy with but unfortunately I am still getting billed by Air (who I thought had gone bust?)
The debt is piling up each month (over £100 now) for an account which doesn't exist but (surprise surprise) no one replies...
I have cancelled the DD which I know is usually the wrong thing to do but I refuse to let zombie payments go out.
My main worry is that it may affect my credit rating? Help! How do I start tacking this :-(
