I'd appeal as driver. Unless it's a 'golden ticket' - but you'll have seen a pic of one of those in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is an interesting one - I wonder how many chargers are in ANPR entry and exit controlled sites - and the government is supposed to making it easier to charge EV's not harder - would be a great case study for the up and coming legislation.2

It would appear that Lidl are quite as EV friendly as they would have you believe:
Are there any other restrictions?
All usual/signposted car park restrictions will apply.

But it's appealable due to the lack of PEye contractual signs at the EV bays and I suggest you get your MP to lean on ParkingEye and Lidl.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As a matter of interest and being an EV owner, why would you leave your EV on a Rapid charger for 1:50? That, to me, is excessive. What make and model EV was this? You weren't trying to charge up to 100% were you?
