I'd appeal as driver.  Unless it's a 'golden ticket' - but you'll have seen a pic of one of those in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread.

Is the charging area leased by the charge company, that is although in the car park it's not technically part of the car park, so when you enter the charger bay you are on the charge company's land and out of the land t that parking eye monitor?
Trying to get hold of the company who's charger it is to ask.

This is an interesting one - I wonder how many chargers are in ANPR entry and exit controlled sites - and the government is supposed to making it easier to charge EV's not harder - would be a great case study for the up and coming legislation.

Pod Point said that the chargers are purchased by the company, not owned by themselves, so they don't lease the parking location.

In this context, who is 'the company'?

It would appear that Lidl are quite as EV friendly as they would have you believe:

    Are there any other restrictions?

All usual/signposted car park restrictions will apply.

But it's appealable due to the lack of PEye contractual signs at the EV bays and I suggest you get your MP to lean on ParkingEye and Lidl.

As a matter of interest and being an EV owner, why would you leave your EV on a Rapid charger for 1:50? That, to me, is excessive. What make and model EV was this? You weren't trying to charge up to 100% were you?

Many of Lidl’s chargers are still 7kW chargers.
