Electric Car Charging and parkingeye overstay at Lidl

Hi All,
Just wanting to ask if there is anything special around parking charge notices when it comes to being plugged in and charging? Total stay was for 1 hour 50, with 'allowed' stay being 1 hour 30. Also, a person who has a blue badge was in the car, if that makes any difference either. The only evidence they have provided is ANPR arrival and departure times with very poor picture quality.
Thank you.

What did the Lidl manager say when you complained about the crazy situation of the impossibility of fully charging an EV within the time limits set by Lidl before letting loose PE on Lidl customers and penalising them £100 by this trap. Ask the manager whether the time limits are set by Lidl or PE. You might want to ask that question in an email to the Lidl CEO.
Does the PE letter have a paragraph on the reverse side headed 'Protection of Freedoms Act'?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

PE letter does have the Protections of Freedoms Act paragraph, is that significant for anything, it just seems like bully talk in it.0 -

Refuelling (charging) a vehicle is not parking and it's ridiculous for anyone to suggest that it is.
Have a look at Jopson v Homeguard, case number B9GF0A9E where the judge stated that loading and unloading is not parking.
Complain to the CEO and/or the landowner if different, and your MP.

Then attach to your online appeal, a pic of that £50 receipt and the blue badge and suggest that the bay is sub-leased to PodPoint (not Lidl) and the car was charging and it took you longer to hook it up and sort out the machine due to your disability. And there were no ParkingEye signs at that bay so the only contract applicable was with PodPoint.
Don't use the template appeal.
Which Lidl is this?
Maybe someone local can take a photo of the EV charge bays that proves there's no ParkingEye contractual sign in view from those bays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's Lidl, Hempshaw Lane, Stockport.
Looking at google maps there are no 'terms' signs anywhere near the pod point, just the 'Conrolled Parking' ones. https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.4025985,-2.1478909,3a,80y,166.86h,100.52t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1suXRy_DgOKsHZbpYEr_Mdcw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu. But those images could be out of date.
Do I still refuse to confirm who was driving at this point?

Is the charging area leased by the charge company, that is although in the car park it's not technically part of the car park, so when you enter the charger bay you are on the charge company's land and out of the land t that parking eye monitor? From the Plain Language Commission:
