Unlimited 5G offer is a joke, I only get LTE signal everywhere. Customer service confirmed this and awaiting phone manufacturers to come out with an update. Basically it's false advertising as they are brushing people off with excuses.0

For those who maybe considering Spusu here is an update on my experience with Spusu so far.
I have two sims with them:
1GB unlimited call and texts for £2.90
5GB unlimited call and texts for £1.00 for 3 months raising to £4.50 in month 4.Used in the UK I have discovered that where I live has 5G almost everywhere which I should have had with BT\EE. No major issues with making or receiving calls which were clear however there was the occasion disconnection for no apparent reason. Calls using the free 500 minutes call to the EU works well.
Roaming.
The 1GB has roaming of 1GB per month and the 5GB has roaming of 3GB a month. So far I have only used roaming in Spain (San Sebastian and Bilbao). I used the sims (1 esim and 1 sim card) in a dual sim phone and there were initially problems connecting to the local network which required the phone being rebooted however, my partner had no such issues. Most of the time the data connection was 5G. No major issues with making or receiving calls which were clear however there was the occasion disconnection for no apparent reason.Support
I have found the support desk generally responsive and helpful.WifI calling and VoLTE.
According to their website WifI calling and VoLTE are available however as previously mentioned, only if you have a Samsung or Apple Iphone. I have a Samsung and it works well for me.Texting.
RCS messaging work without issues if you are on an android phone.Voicemail
Voicemail is interesting whilst there is a voicemail number eg 07123 456789 you will be sent a text with that number followed by a number ie 07123 456789 01 next message 07123 456789 02. It is the full number including the extra digits you call to get the message.A useful addition under settings was to be able to send the voicemail to a specified email address. This will send email with the number that left the message the voicemail number to call and include a wav file of the voicemail message to listen so you do not have to call the voicemail number.
In conclusion I would say from my experience if you are considering a change of mobile sim provider I would recommend at least giving Spusu a try if you want EE mobile coverage and are a low data user (better offers on other networks for larger data users).
They have a rolling monthly contracts so if you don’t like the service you can easily move.
