Include all the already written for you PoPLA appeal points that you can.

The parking company has to challenge every single appeal point that you raise and win every one of them

You only have to convince PoPLA on one point to win the match.

Some parking companies have been seen to not bother challenging a comprehensive appeal as it appears to be too much work for them.

Thanks for that.  The already written appeal points include photos though of signage - The location is a few hundred miles away so it wouldn't be possible (or cost effective) to get them.

I will have a look through and see which I can include

Thanks everyone for all the input so far.

You haven't yet told us where this parking event took place.
Has this place featured on MSE before?
Does the wider internet, e.g. google street view, show what the signs look like.

Tell us where this event happened and more help will be forthcoming.
You never know, the place may be just round the corner from someone reading this thread right now.   :)

The event took place at 'Redbridge Sports and Leisure Arena' in Illford.

There is one mention of them on MSE that I found but it didn't give any outcome that would be useful - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6145876/popla-appeal-rejected-parking-charge-ltd

Yes, the signage is very poor (in my opinion) - but then I'm no expert.

    Thanks again

OK, its a few years old now, but there are two Dropbox files in there with pictures of signs.

    Here's another GSV image...

And perhaps a clearer image of that sign can be seen on RSL's website...

The third post of the NEWBIES thread that my earlier reply signposted you to, makes it clear that you don't just repeat the short first stage appeal.

It even shows examples with photos embedded.
