Volt - rate increase annually by RPI

I was subject to a bit of dodgy salesmanship by a Virgin salesman (I am already a Virgin customer). As well as outlining all the advantages (double broadband speed etc) he told me I would be saving just over £10 a month. What he didn't tell me was that my subscription would increase by RPI (currently about 12%, with a minimum of 3.8%) p.a. It's not a fixed rate contract. So if you want to see your payments increase, sign on. I didn't.

Standard with many/most broadband/mobile etc contracts nowadays - they should tell you if you ask, but it's usually pretty clear in the T&Cs anyway and mentioned enough in the news to be common knowledge for many.0
