If you have a Cynergy Fixed Rate ISA you can move it penalty free for the next month

Cynergy are changing the T&C on their cash ISAs. The changes are minor and largely insignificant, however, if you do not agree to the new Terms you are allowed to close your account with no charge.
This does not mean much for variable rate ISAs but I confirmed with CS that it applies to fixed rate ISAs. For example the standard penalty of their 3 year fix is 180 days interest.
So if you fixed at a rate lower than those currently on offer and you withdraw your cash or arrange a transfer with another bank in the next month (my email had a deadline of 22 July to object to the new terms) then you will not pay any interest penalty.

What do you need to do?
If you're happy with the changes, you don't need to do anything.
If you're not happy with the changes, you're free to close your account without charge. You'll need to let us know if you want to do this by 22 July 2023. We'd be very sorry to see you go.
If we haven't heard from you by 22 July 2023, we'll assume you accept the changes.
