My beef is not informing you when interest rates change. I keep a copy of Snowman's spreadsheet which calculates daily interest and like to keep a tab on what accounts are paying so need the information. Was never informed about the last GB bank move.0

Raisin has put the message below on their website (when you login). Currently my accounts are showing the correct interest rates. I have to say I think they could improve their customer communication since it's been over two weeks since this all started.

I had that account via Raisin and it took a few working days to show the interest each month.
