    My Ahli fixed rate ac via Raisin that matured last year (at ~1%) has recently been showing 5.15% 🙃🙃

    Yes, I think their system is showing a lot of the current interest rates for existing and matured fixed rate accounts. I have two QIB 2 year accounts coming to the end of their term and they are both showing the current rate of 5.45%......I wish!! I'm sure it'll be sorted in a few days, the capital is not at risk and the interest will continue to accrue at its correct rate.

    I wish I could be as understanding as others. In my view this is typical of the contempt some financial institutions hold their customers in. A web site that shows incorrect info, 3-5 days to respond to emails....later on today, who knows, I might get really annoyed with them !

    Same problem. Wrong interest rates shown. Have messaged them but no reply as yet.

    All my accounts with Raisin are now showing the correct interest rate again. No reply from them yet regarding the issue, but it seems to have been resolved.

    How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

    Yes, most of my accounts are showing the wrong interest rates again. I've sent them another secure message.
