Barclaycard still a joke,

rung up Saturday about 5pm to chase up why my statements Requests not arrived yet, got told from someone in India sorry they not arrived will order some more via fast post 3 days then cut me off when I kept asking repeatedly don’t want more copies or printouts from head office,

annoying so not gonna bother chasing them up & will wait till they all arrive to that’s if I they do turn up

Update:

I rung Barclaycard on my lunch break and spoke to a lovely lady at Barclays/Barclaycard, 

who checked my statement orders within the last 2 months for me on their system and saw that the only orders that were made was all my Annual statements 2015-17 and  transaction list (They all came from head office) then Jan-May 23 (Twice) and July-December 22 (3 Times) (Only received December 22 statement) January 23-May 23 (Twice) Copy statements and I wanted July 2017-December 22 which weren't ordered, 

So the lady ordered July 17-Decemeber 22 in one lot which did go through but was only  showing 2022 so re did order separately for each year to make sure it wen through and should arrive by next Tuesday but if not arrived by Thursday to ring back up to get it sorted
