I could only seem to find V3 as a pdf, do you know if there's a word doc floating about of it?
Most witness statements are posted here or in Dropbox as .pdf so they cannot be edited.  Just use a free converter from .pdf to Word but you need V3 here: -

Who is the claimant fo ticket 1?
    Parking and Property Management Ltd

A heads-up  -  you will see that in the above mentioned WS example refers to the BPA CoP because they are BPA AoS members  -  your claimant is an IPC AoS member so you should be using/quoting the relevant version of the IPC CoP. (See the first Q&A list in the first post at the start of the NEWBIES thread for clarification re logos)

Wait so I'm not using V3 of the document others were mentioning now? Also what's a CoP?

Yes you are of course using it.

But for an IPC firm you just edit it to quote that IPC Code of Practice instead of the BPA CoP.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

You can use the V3 of the WS but you are advised that it refers to the BPA Code of Practice whereas, in your case the Parking Company is a IPC member so look up their CoP and use the correct paragraph numbers.  Always refer back to the NEWBIE sticky when you have a question - chances are it has been answered before and acronyms are in post 5 of that sticky or you ask Auntie Google.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I have to say I still have zero idea how I should be editing that document to make it my own. Neither do I know which IPC CoP to be referencing or where to even find it. I don't even know where the hell the 'newbies thread' or 'newbies sticky' is. I feel hopeless.

So exactly what have you managed to do in the last two weeks?

The opening sentence in your very first post tells us you have read the NEWBIES thread, so what does this mean?...

Just Google international parking community code of practice. You can then read the current one and quote salient points

I don't get any kind of notifications from MSE. I've also had a difficult and very busy couple of months on top of that. I have seen the newbies thread and have zero idea of how I got on it.
