    Hello and welcome.

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.

You won't have a "fine" from Ringo it will have been a speculative invoice from a parking operator which one?

    It's not a fine.

Smart Parking are so easy to beat it's laughable!  Could have beaten this on appeal when the PCN arrived (if one did arrive at first).  Too late to appeal but nothing will happen.

    Now just IGNORE THE LETTERS.

But one thing you should certainly do:

Are you aware of the Public Consultation on the level of parking charges and fake add-ons, that you will most certainly want to respond to online in July/August?

It will be discussed on this forum.  The last PPC victims' chance to permanently change the law.

You have one chance to help us and the Government do something good for Society, push the statutory rules over the line and stop the greed and litigation culture.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
