Enterprise paid ParkingEye and sending me the bill

Hi guys, did not want this business to look unfinished but still waiting for Enterprise to find me a copy of the contract and details of the "violation", so no further forward towards a conclusion. No charge has appeared on my card statement, which I assume means that they have either lost my card details, or decided to take my complaint seriously and not charge until they can demonstrate why. Will update in due course when / if I hear. The accounts team sent me an "invoice", which I replied to saying it was in dispute with the "Fines" team, so I guess I will either hear nothing, or receive collectors' letters, depending on which of my emails registered with them.4

As you are an MSE forum 'old hand' who has won at least 5 POPLA appeals against ParkingEye in the past (nicely done!) we hope we can count on you to pop back here even if this all goes quiet, and join us in July/August to respond to the DLUHC Public Consultation?
Need to get the statutory CoP over the line and drown out all the PPC "waaaah, gimme more money" submissions, including those where the DLUHC said the industry are known to 'pose as motorists'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello, had to chase Enterprise earlier this week (after no updates for over a month) and just received the following:Thank you for your emailPlease be advised that the cost of the fine and the admin fee are being taken on by the branch. An adjustment of the £35 and £60 fine has been processed and will not be deducted from the card on file.
Great news, just posting for a closure and to show that rental companies ought to be taken to task when trying recharge unfair parking invoices.6 -

You'd think a large rental company like Enterprise would understand the difference between a "fine" from an "authority" and a speculative invoice from some company with no "authority" whatsoever.Considering the are BVRLA members, you'd think they'd be up to speed as their trade organisation says""Parking charge notices (PCNs) are probably where members have seen the biggest area of growth in volumes over the last few years."4
