Your kidding me you will happily attend and give into these bullies? I thought the whole point of this is to stop the scam letters so that it doesn't happen to the innocent people who would happily pay them
Ok thank you, it was all a bit confusing to begin with but now I know I should respond

Did you respond to the LoC? Did you rebut their allegations and demand evidence backing up their assertions? If you didn't respond to the LoC within the 30 days they gave you then you now await a county court claim. They have up to 6 years from the event date to issue a court claim. They may not even bother to issue a claim.
It is fully explained in the 2nd post of the Newbies/FAQ thread which you obviously need to go back and re-read based on the questions you are asking.1 -

BW LEGAL have sent me a letter now stating 'your outstanding query 'I requested details such as my car photos etc, they said:'we trust this now concludes any outstanding queries you have raised with us. It is important that you now contact us in order that we can discuss and affordable payment arrangement. If you do not agree and need further information it is important that you contact us within 10 days of this letter. Failure to contact us within 10 days may lead to further collections activity'What should I do?
