I'm not sure why you were thinking of tearing up a LBC, despite the fact this is a pre-court letter (obviously important) and there are two or three other LBC threads right next to yours on the forum right now which show how a person should respond to a LBC.

Look around other threads and copy the style.

I thought it was a scam so I tore it up, ok so can I copy the style even though I'm past the letter before claim stage?

I've received news back about the SAR now. They have winzipped all the information including the appeal, it contains:

photos of the car stating it was parked just under 3hrs

country wide parking letters with FINAL NOTICE

ISA letter appeal dismissed as I did not sign into the kiosk which is a breach of the terms and conditions. All these letters I tore up.

NO LETTER BEFORE CLAIM FROM BW LEGAL THOUGH?

Why are you phoning anyone? A phone call isn't worth the paper it is written on. How do you evidence what was said in a phone call?

BW letters are not provided within a SAR from the PPC because they don't hold a copy.

You are not advised to fail to respond to a LBC or LOC (with the exception of the time-waster version from CST Law).

I believe it was worth the call, if they are harrasing me maybe I can call back and scare them too

Your kidding me you will happily attend and give into these bullies? I thought the whole point of this is to stop the scam letters so that it doesn't happen to the innocent people who would happily pay them

@vnmofo, are you sure you fully understand the process that you are involved in? It doesn't sound like It based on your decision to tear up an LoC and your response above to Orangeblue_2, who also doesn't quite seem to understand that a response to an LoC is preferable otherwise a judge may think that the defendant hasn't made every effort possible to avoid court action.

Hi all, just an update. BW LEGAL have sent me a letter now stating 'your outstanding query '

I requested details such as my car photos etc, they said:

'we trust this now concludes any outstanding queries you have raised with us. It is important that you now contact us in order that we can discuss and affordable payment arrangement. If you do not agree and need further information it is important that you contact us within 10 days of this letter. Failure to contact us within 10 days may lead to further collections activity'

What should I do?
