Hi there. I've recently started to have other people's Amazon parcels delivered to my address by mistake. The house number is the same as mine, but the street names have been different to mine. Thanks for that information. Very interesting that Amazon seem to just write item off. I would've thought that they would at least try to ensure the parcels are collected from the incorrect address and delivered to the correct address.
