Skipton log in issues

Does anyone else have issues login in with Skipton?
I have had this ongoing issue for over a year where I try to log in and it will instantly log me out. This will happen over and over and after 20+ attempts this morning I had to give up.

I have tried different browsers, different computers and it's always the same.
I couldn't even get the secured message open this morning despite changing the password. Skipton just tell me IT are working on it. For over a year??

I can't use a savings account I can't access online. The app has only minimal functions.

Anyone solved this problem?

May not be related but I’m currently in Canada and have issues accessing them at all via my phone (with Wi-Fi) - website won’t load at all, app just gives a generic error on opening. Using my laptop on the same Wi-Fi connection is fine though 😳

Solution on my phone was to vpn to Netherlands (protonvpn app, has a free one to Netherlands but not uk) and magically everything works fine. Can’t figure out why that’s the issue if the laptop is fine without a vpn though 🤷‍♂️

So, idk, try a vpn to a different location and see if it helps?

Just tried it a few minutes ago using FireFox, Chrome. Work on both browsers. No problem at all to see all of my accounts.
I do not have apps installed, so can not try it.

Yep this exact thing happens to me also and on Santander. I bet your with 3 for your internet? It's something to do with a variable Ip address or something. A workaround I use is accessing the accounts when at another family members house on their wi fi

Yes! My whole house is run off 4G on the 3 network. How strange. Maybe the dynamic IP is why I can continue to share Netflix though 😂

Thank you, my husband has a Vodafone SIM so will have to hotspot it and try to log in that way as my phone is also 3. I had been thinking of a back up one with a different provider anyway because on occasion the network has gone down and I can't work and then can't tell anyone at work it's gone down as I have no phone signal or internet 😅🙄

    Appreciate the reply.
