Define 'worth'.Zedcars said:I have read section 2 of the second post of the NEWBIES thread as suggested since I have a Letter of Claim.
I have sent an SAR to G24 Limited. This section also states:
'As well as the SAR to the parking firm's DPO, also write another email, if they are using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor.
Your email tells the solicitor:
(a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
(b) I have sent your client a SAR
(c) also confirm your correct 'address for service' if you've moved and the PPC has two addresses.'
With this claim being over 2 years old would it still be worth emailing the solicitor?
The solicitor has written to you very recently haven't they?
Why would you not respond to that recent letter?
Why exactly do you not want to spend a few minutes responding in the way the NEWBIES thread suggests?
I have responded just as you’ve suggested. Thank you 🙏0 -
Data protection at G24 have written back, responding to the SAR request. They are wanting a copy of V5 form and my driving license. Do I send them these details?Coupon-mad said:Zedcars said:

This is normal and resolving this dispute this year is exactly what you want - so bring on the court claim!
I signposted you to the thread and post to read.

Not sure why you'd think a standard retail park 2 year old PCN changes that advice?
All court claims we see here are about parking events between 1 and 6 years ago.0 -
When working out how to send a SAR, you will have surely read this in the NEWBIES thread...Zedcars said:

Hi. The SAR has come back. They have a pic of my car and registration number and I overstayed 15 mins.Coupon-mad said:Welcome. We see LBCs every single day.
We want to help - but what do you need to know that's not already covered in the LBC section of the sticky (pinned at the top) thread called 'NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST'?
Please read the second post of that thread. It is standard advice and doesn't involve much of a response to BW at this stage.
But to answer your main points of concern:I’ve been advised to ignore it by some people.NOT ADVISED HERE.I’ve also been advised to start talks to come to an arrangement.
ABSOLUTELY NOT! No.
Who on earth said that, someone clueless like the Citizens Advice Bureau?I don’t want to go to court but I also don’t want a CCJ against me. I have an excellent credit rating.SO HAVE WE.
NO-ONE HERE GETS A CCJ. OUR ADVICE DOESN'T PUT YOU AT ANY RISK OF A CCJ.
Please settle down with a cuppa and read the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
No link needed as there are two links back to page one of the forum, top and bottom of this page already.
Come back by the weekend and tell us how your complaint to the Store Manager or the Retail Park managing agents went? That is always PLAN A and it's never too late!
And which parking firm it is who's bothering you? What is my next step.0 -
How did the complaint to the landowners go?
Everything is as per the NEWBIES thread. There is no next step.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So after they send you the SAR and it shows your vehicle entering the car park , then leaving. It shows it should have been 150 mins but I left 165 mins later.Coupon-mad said:Which part? Also they did not give me a pay within 14 days option to pay them a lower sum.Basically, in plain English, what’s my angle here?Thank you 🙏0 -
As seen in all other LBC threads, e.g.

You will learn so much more from reading other LBC stage threads than asking on yours.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
