This still isn't making sense to me. The underlying fund has grown and the charges as stated are nowhere near enough to account for the the ISA making a 7% loss.0

I don't think it is making sense to anyone. Now that the fund is confirmed as WealthSelect Managed Blend 4, the performance can be verified as +16.8%, so it should still be double digit positive even after a 1%pa adviser charge. Not suggesting this is what happened, but it is as if the investment was panic-sold near the bottom of the pandemic crash, then reinvested after the recovery.boingy said:This still isn't making sense to me. Other things it could be:
1 - are you relying on Quilter to give you the percentage figure - if so, that figure has quirks.
2 - did you do bed & ISA transactions? (moving money from GIA to ISA) - these can play the return figures up as it doesn't take into account you had the money in the GIA but assumes the ISA contribution is new money.
How much did you invest in 2018? How much is it worth now? (you say you have had no withdrawals/income). Any top ups?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
