Preparing Defence for UKPC Court Claim

Yes.TheCornishGuy said:Can anyone please help?
I have received my Directs Questionnaire from the court and I am a bit unsure on answering question E1; they're asking which local County Court hearing centre would I prefer - I live in Birmingham so do I just put that one down and state the reason for my choice is because its in the close proximity of where I'm currently located.1 -
Hello,
Hope everyone is well!
Just a quick one regarding my case with DCB legal. After sending my Directs Questionnaire off to the court, within a few days I received yet more phone calls and an email asking to settle the claim within a 7 day window. This is the second time that I've received the same email regarding settlement.
Is this normal behaviour from DCB legal? It's getting ridiculous now, as I am not prepared to waste my time with these parasites.0 -
Yes, that's normal behaviour.TheCornishGuy said:Hello,

No need to waste any time - just file it with everything else.2 -

No contact with them, let then stew over things,
They started this with their antics but now, it's buffer time
TWO CHOICES FOR DCBL
1: GET SPANKED IN COURT and you can claim your costs
2: DISCONTINUE

Hello
DCB legal have finally thrown in the towel! I received an N279 'notice of discontinuance' - which states that they are going to discontinue court proceedings and close their file. They also mentioned that they have filed this with the court.
Funny enough, I already received the hearing date from the court but this was before DCB legal sent me the discontinuance - they clearly were never going to court here!
Is there anymore I need to do going forward?
