The DCC does hold any smart meter consumer usage data: it is a pass through organisation. Third-party apps such as Loop; Bright etc are managed by Registered DCC Other Users and they are permitted to access individual meters, with the consumer’s permission, using DCC-approved secure Adapter firmware.
