  • Good morning everyone,

I finally have a court date - 'Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track'.
The claim will be listed in a block-list of similar claims at my local county court.

    Let's hope that justice prevails!

Thanks to all for advice and support!

Have you done your WS bundle?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • I'm just getting together all documents and understanding what I need to do before the court date.
I'm now researching what a 'WS bundle' should include.
I have my defence, and photos of inoperative pay machines, and directions questionnaire.
So now, I'll put together my witness statement.

Does all of this need to be emailed and posted?
  • Wow - The last 10 recent reviews of the Wye Valley Butterfly zoo all complain about the parking!

The WS bundle (all explained in the NEWBIE sticky) is your witness statement with evidence and costs assessment. There are exemplars pointed out in the NEWBIE sticky. Bundle can be sent by email to your chosen court. Check again your Notice of Allocation, maybe it gives a date by which the bundle must be submitted or it might say "no later than 14 days before".  Don't forget to serve on claimant (or their solicitor) also.
  • OK thanks very much.
