Yes please and tell the Government how you feel about being aggressively pursued for a ridiculous sum of money, etc. and that you are in Scotland but these aggressive firms are threatening a 'county court' claim - doesn't exist in Scotland.Attach the letters.

Point out that they are lying to you, how can this be legal? Say how panicked it made you and all because the pay machines were broken. You thought they would send bailiffs round and when you got letters demanding £170 you were really scared (whatever is true).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
