Struggling with templates for defence of claim for parking in a disabled space

Today I've had an email that they intend to proceed with the case and that I should expect a directions questionnaire from the court unless I'd like to call to reach a settlement.

I'd emailed them with my new address for correspondence and heard nothing further so thought it had been dropped. Today found out a CCJ is being applied to my credit file. All the information must have gone to my old address.

Who is "them" that you emailed? Did you email the DPOs of "them"? Did you instruct them to "rectify" your data that they held, namely your address for service and did you also instruct "them" to "erase" your old address?

You now need to go back and re-read the Newbies/FAQ thread, specifically the post that deals with setting aside a CCJ. Do you still have the evidence where you told "them" about your new address?

I just replied to the DCB person that sent me the N108. It was an email so I do have that. I'll look into setting aside.

They've replied that my address was updated when I informed them but I failed to file and serve the Directions Questionnaire, and Judgment was requested in default.
I didn't receive it. Is that something which can be set aside

So what address was the DQ sent to?

They sent theirs to me by email (contents below) but I didn't receive anything else.

Having reviewed the content of your defence, we write to inform you that our client intends to proceed with the claim.

In due course, the Court will direct both parties to each file a directions questionnaire. In preparation for that, please find attached a copy of the Claimant's, which we confirm has been filed with the Court.

Without Prejudice to the above, in order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding objective, our client may be prepared to settle this case - in the event you wish to discuss settlement, please call us on 0203 434 0433 within 7 days and make immediate reference to this correspondence.

If you have provided an email address within your Defence, we intend to use it for service of documents (usually in PDF format) hereon in pursuant to PD 6A (4.1)(2)(c). Please advise whether there are any limitations to this (for example, the format in which documents are to be sent and the maximum size of attachments that may be received). Unless you advise otherwise, we will assume not.

We know that they send you a copy of theirs. You need to contact the CNBC and ask them to which address was your N180 DQ sent.
