Wrong TV

    As Argos do local delivery then it shouldn't be a problem and in the store manager's interests to resolve.

    Yes I'd imagine Argos will collect it and probably bring you what you wanted if you ask them or just refund you.

    Argos may struggle a bit here as they do delivery but not via the store. I think the manager is going to have to drive the TV round to you.

    I'm 200 miles away, but the recipient of the gift is only 10-15 miles away from the store. 

    As JReacher said, the manager has agreed to deliver the correct TV and pick up the wrong one....

    All done and dusted.

    An apologetic manager delivered the correct TV and took away the other one.

    Arranged and concluded quickly at a time that suited their work pattern.
