Parking Notice when my reg was entered in machine?

Update.... I did as suggested on here and told them I definitely put my number in the machine, I asked them to check and also to send me a copy of the log around the arrival time. They rejected it but there was no copy of the log sent to me. I have taken it up to the pub and the manager has said he will do what he can but this happens all the time to people who have logged in. He also said even the staff have a problem! Waiting now to hear from him but from what he says he docent hold out much hope! Thank you again for all your replies0
