You don't have a 'claim' to make. You are defending, not claiming.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all, thanks for your help so far. I’ve now received this letter & directions questionnaire what do I do now? Do I wait for correspondence from the court?

You were expecting that weren't you?
Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.
You've left your full name clearly visible on that image.

Definitely think it’s worth another read, I was expecting it just wasn’t sure what to do next.KeithP said:MaximusOrbis said:Hi all, thanks for your help so far. I’ve now received this letter & directions questionnaire what do I do now? Do I wait for correspondence from the court?

You are the defendant and it is scribbled out because it is a dual use letter and is also sent to the claimant. You do need to complete the N180 but, if you have been using the template defence, you will already know all this and be using the 12 step process to guide you - exactly as you have been advised (twice) a couple of posts upthread. If it has gone to the wrong address you must inform everybody of your correct address for service.1

When you email back the DQ to both email addresses as per the 'first 12 steps' set out in the Template Defence thread, of course you must put in the body of the email and in the subject line 'Claim no xxxxxx DQ attached. NB: please erase incorrect old address immediately'
Then spell it out in the body of the email that xx xxxxxx xxxxxx (old address) is NOT an address for service, and the court and Claimant must stop using it. The correct address for reaching the Defendant with court documents is:
xx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx (new address)PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
