A few months ago I registered successfully on Pepipoo with a gmail address.
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Complain to the DVLA, the registered keeper's MP, and the ICO about this serious breach of the Data Protection Act 2015 and the General Data Protection Regulations.
Tell the DVLA to stop selling keeper data to that particular council.

    Contact local and national press.

This ticket has been going on since august 2022 so i take it we are long out of the appeal process. Speaking to the council is useless. Hundreds of calls have been made not one human with any decency listens. There excuse is you did not send us picture the vehicle in time so we dont care now its too late pay the  fine even tho it is not a crime commited by us. How a council can operate like this is beyond me.

Trying to register with pepipoo does not work. You never get the verification email.

Looks like will have to to speak to the solicitors and local mp. I will get some letters written out.

Just shocking council and courts can scam pensioners like this and just get away with it.

This thread needs moving to the Parking board.

And registering with pepipoo forum does work as long as you don't try to use a Hotmail email.

Hi i used a hotmail email. And a gmail. I never get the verification email. Googling it looks like this is an issue for a lot of people registering currently.

Contacting your councillor(s) would make more sense (assuming you live in the relevant council area)

DO NOT REGISTER USING A MICROSOFT-HOSTED EMAIL ADDRESS (e.g. Hotmail, outlook.com, live.com, msn.com) because it won't work - you won't be able to receive emails from these forums, including the one needed to validate your account. There's a "Sticky" post in the Website Design section that explains the problem in more detail.

If you read the sticky post it reads like "we're running a server but don't know how to run a server."  Double as this remains a problem after eight years and it takes around 48 hours to resolve.

They've had a disagreement with Microsoft - many years ago.

As suggested above, why not get this thread moved to the Parking Board?
