If your seizures are without warning it would suggest that, in order to be safe, you need supervision when doing cooking or bathing. This in turns suggests 4 points for cooking, 2 points for bathing. Unfortunately, on that only that would not get you to the 8 points required to get an award of Daily Living.Enhanced Mobility is logical because you cannot walk any distance safely because of the risk of falling and resulting in serious injury.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. The other things to look for with the care component is help for toilet needs and the need for help when cleaning yourself afterwards (confusion during and after seizures, falls, etc). Another is choking while eating (seizure while eating could cause a choking hazard).

Certainty at tribunal, I have seen more than 2 points awarded for bathing on the basis that the claimant is unable to wash safely without another person present.
Equally for cooking, supervision would not prevent a potentially harmful accident when the seizures are without warning, so 8 points is a realistic possibility. Since they can neither prepare nor cook food (even with supervision) safely.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.3 -
I agree that higher points are possible, - 6 points for Daily Living is the minimum that appears appropriate. I apologise my post wasn’t clear. The key is going to be describing what happens when the tasks are undertaken.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1
