Starling bank expired debit card

I tried to use my Starling debit card twice today and it was declined as it expired yesterday - I hadn’t noticed. I’ve not had a new debit card through recently apart from a Virgin Money one, which arrive around a month before my existing one was due to expire, although isn’t valid until my old one does actually expire, but I’ve got it ready.
