Any reason you can't take it back to get those bits done? I wouldn't expect them to fully valet everything again, although I would expect them to check everywhere to make sure.0

Plenty of successful chargebacks happen, yes, but whether yours will succeed or not is questionable, given that by your own admission, 70% of the service was delivered. Even if it does, the company may challenge it and recharge it.0

TBH, I can see it failing. But do not let me put you off.
As it should only be a partial chargeback for the part work not done. Which there is no cost per item. Unless they have a price list with different packages & they would be happy to use that. Unless they are going to charge it all back. Which they should not be doing. As you did get part of the service.
You have to remember retailer has a 45 day window to contest, & as they have offered a discount already. That can go in their favour.
If they did not contest, & you got the refund, they can take this to court for non payment.Life in the slow lane0
