Checked my new increased BT bill & discovered they'd overcharged me by £5.05.month OVER and ABOVE the CPI increase by applying it before the actual increase date.
Can I encourage everybody to query their own bills to see if they're also being ripped off! Just message them & they'll refund it; I was also offered a cheaper monthly rate & a BB upgrade
