Hi everyone, please point this post to the appropriate forum if needs be.
I received a parking fine from Good Value Parking LTD on 16/2/23 on Trinity Road car park in Digbeth, which is next to the Zumhof pub where I regularly provide entertainment services.
However, I ignored this and they have now sent a letter from CBS Solicitors and I am getting calls from UCS to speak to them about not paying the fine. They have even attempted to contact my mother on her work phone number.
Any help/please point me in the right direction to appeal this and the harassment? Thanks in advance.

So right now, I'm at the ignore them stage?
I'm happy to ignore their emails and phone calls. However, the concerning thing for me at this point is that they have called my mother's work phone and left a message - that to me is crossing the line.
I've told her to ignore them and don't answer, don't respond, don't retaliate. Do I just keep ignoring at this point?0 -
Who is the PCN addressed to? Are you the RK? What relationship does your mother have with the vehicle? Is her name on the V5C?2
