PCN Vista centre car parking charge

I received letters saying ‘ no parking outside designated area’ from PCN when visited Vista centre Hounslow TW4 6JQ.paid £7 car park for 24 hours and only used it for about 3 hours.
No clear lines / markings.
I now have received letters from Debts recovery plus , suggesting I pay £170, if not threats of court action.
what shall I do please
I was told by an operator that ‘ I have heard this before, you are not the first one and you won’t be the last one to receive such letter with car parking charges’
I feel this is money making scheme which is misleading.

I don’t live in london and never came across situation like this before.
don’t really know what to do
a friend suggested to just ignore it as they don’t have legal stand but I am worried when receiving letters from debts recovery plus with threats if court actions.
please can anyone help?

It's Debt Recovery Plus and they can safely be ignored THEY cannot take you to court as there is no debt only a speculative invoice they claim has not been paid.Follow CM's advice, I assume the original PCN was from UKCPM they will be the ones that take further action not DRP.3

No it is the NEWBIES thread. It has that word in capital letters at the beginning of the Discussion title.
Go back to the first page of this Parking forum and read down from the top....you will find it there...it very clearly says NEWBIES....4 -
